Biracial and Multicultural Group Therapy in NYC

Biracial and Multicultural Group Therapy in NYC and NY

You deserve a group that makes you feel seen. You are tired of reducing your identity.

We use a variety of modalities and client centered approaches to help process the complexity of being from a biracial, bicultural or multicultural background.

We process hard topics together like imposter syndrome, the concept and pressure of passing (not only white passing) cultural erasure, reduction, cultural complexity, celebration, and belonging.

Group members have described the group as

niche, safe, non-judgmental, crucial and expansive

We are currently enrolling again with limited spots available.
