Do you feel a pressure to box yourself in?

You are complex.

You deserve a group that makes you feel seen. You are tired of reducing your identity.

We use a variety of modalities and client centered approaches to help process the complexity of being from a biracial, bicultural or multicultural background.

We process hard topics together like imposter syndrome, the concept and pressure of passing (not only white passing) cultural erasure, reduction, cultural complexity, celebration, and belonging.

Group members have described the group as

niche, safe, non-judgmental, crucial and expansive

We are currently enrolling again with limited spots available.

This group meets virtually.

  • Universality - helps group members realize that they are not alone in their suffering and the problems they face and that others are willing to support them, which helps move group members out of isolation and can be profoundly healing.
